Aiki: The art of centered movement
Energy accumulates, flows, and transforms as a function of its inherent nature. The intellectual analytical mind fails to comprehend, much like a person listening to a language they do not understand and failing to grasp the nuances of the discourse. Aiki, and the method of centered movement, teaches the intellect the language of energy and intuition.
